The Live Conference

The People Who've Already Solved It. In One Room.

You live these problems every day: reimbursements sliding, the hire that won't stick, marketing that runs hot then cold. What you've been missing is the room where they're already solved.

Titans LIVE puts you in conversation with the owners who built profitable, durable practices in this exact market. Not theory. Not gurus. The people doing it right now, close enough to push back, follow up, and steal what works.

Three days. No filler. You leave with the systems, the scripts, and the 90-day plan to put them to work.

Sound Familiar?

Running a practice is the loneliest job you'll ever have.

No one warned you that the hardest part wouldn't be the clinical work. It would be everything else. The hiring. The systems. The decisions you make alone at 11 PM. The titans figured it out. Now they're sharing how.

01

Reimbursements keep dropping. Profit's getting harder.

You feel it in the bank account before you ever see it on a report. Front-desk leakage, underbilled units, a payer mix you've never audited. The titans will show you the hidden math that protects your margin, plus the cash-based services that stop your profit from living and dying with the payers.

02

You can't hire. And the ones you hire don't stay.

Finding DPTs is hard. Keeping them is harder. Hiring frameworks, virtual team structures, and a culture people don't leave, built by owners who got the practice off their own shoulders and onto a team that runs it.

03

New patients come in waves you can't predict.

One month you're slammed, the next you're chasing referrals you can't control. Direct-to-consumer marketing, reactivation playbooks, and front-desk conversion that fill the schedule, without depending on a single physician relationship.

04

You're the bottleneck, with no time to fix it.

Every decision, every fire, every problem flows back to you, and there's never enough day to handle it. The owners who scale build systems that run without them: rhythms and rules that protect the long game instead of grinding harder.

05

You're surrounded by clinicians. Never operators.

Your local PT network can't help you with valuation, payer contracts, hiring strategy, or what to do next. The room you actually need has never existed. Until now.

06

You haven't built it to sell. So you can't.

Whether you exit in two years or twenty, every practice has a valuation today, and most owners are quietly leaving 30–50% of it on the table. Build the legal, financial, and operational architecture now, not when it's too late.

For three days in Nashville, every one of these problems will be answered by the people who solved them.

02 / What You'll Take Home

What you'll actually walk away with.

/ 01

Profit You Keep

Stop the leak before you chase more volume. Reimbursement strategy, front-desk collection, billing you can trust, and cash-based services: the hidden math that decides whether growth ever reaches your bank account.

/ 02

A Team That Runs It

Hire DPTs who stay. Hiring frameworks, virtual team structures, and retention systems that take the practice off your shoulders, so you stop being the bottleneck and get your time back.

/ 03

Patients On Repeat

End the feast-or-famine schedule. Direct-to-consumer marketing, reactivation playbooks, and front-desk conversion that fill your calendar, without depending on a single physician referral.

04 / The Verdict

From the people who came.

Practice owners who've attended Breakthrough events have built, and sold, practices most only dream of.

I left with a coherent 3-month plan and partners who actually helped me execute it. Most events leave you with a notebook. This one left me with a business.

Dave Bender
Owner · Peak PT

I've been to every PT conference. This was the first one where the room itself was worth the ticket. Owners from one location to twenty-seven, all swapping numbers.

The fundamentals get reinforced, the new ideas get tested in real time, and the camaraderie reminds you you're not alone in this. Go once and you'll come back.

06 / Common Questions

Before you register.

The most common questions about tickets, transfers, CEUs, and refunds. The detailed policies are in your registration confirmation.

All attendees receive 2 CEUs from accredited main event sessions. No extra step required, automatic with attendance.

If you're one of the first wave of registrants, you also get the optional Sunday CEU course free. That's up to 12 CEUs total if you do both, depending on which Sunday course you choose: the Orthobiological Hacker with Ben England (+10 CEUs) or manual therapy certification with Dan Neff (+6 CEUs). Once the free spots are claimed, the Sunday course becomes a paid add-on.

Yes. The owner or practice leader buys their general admission ticket first. Then every additional team member from the same practice gets in via the Team Pass at $247 each. Bring your front desk lead, your operations manager, your right hand. This isn't a conference for a single attendee.

Yes, always. Transfers are allowed at any time to a named replacement from the same practice. No fee. Just email the registration owner with the new attendee's name and contact info.

Before July 26, 2026: Full refund minus a $50 processing fee.

July 26 to August 24, 2026: 50% refund, or full credit toward Year 2.

After August 24, 2026: No refund, but transfers are still always allowed.

Yes, and it's the only way to get a Circle seat now: the Titan Circle is sold as an upgrade on top of general admission, never as a standalone ticket. You'll pay the difference between general admission and the $2,495 Circle price, and your existing registration carries over. See the Titan Circle page for the upgrade link. Subject to the seat cap, which exists to protect the experience.

Yes. Accreditation is handled through our partners: a manual therapy company and a training company, both already credentialed. Specific accrediting bodies and state acceptance details will be confirmed in pre-event communications.

Not at all. Titans LIVE is open to any PT practice owner or executive who wants to grow. Breakthrough customers get a discount code (expired August 15, 2026, no retroactive discounts), but the conference content stands on its own and applies regardless of what tools or systems you currently use.
